Yes, our Real Estate Pre-Licensing course is approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The cost of the Real Estate Pre-Licensing course is $350 and includes your book. 

Our pre-licensing course is 40 hours as mandated by the Commonwealth. 

State Requirements: in order to qualify for examination, the student must complete the 40 hour pre-licensing course from an approved real estate school, be at least 18 years of age, pass a CORI background check, and submit a properly complete application for examination. Applicants cannot be on probation or parole at the time of application. The Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons reserves the right to question any past felony or criminal charges and determine the candidates eligibility or ineligibility of examination. All state income taxes must be filed and paid. If applicant has entered into a payback agreement for state income taxes owed, this is acceptable.
